The traveling exhibition El Arctic is inaugurated in Cuenca.

Until March 27, 2019 the inhabitants of Cuenca and surrounding areas can visit the exhibition.

The project “The Arctic breaks” aims to show the uniqueness of the ecosystems of the North Pole, detailing the important role they play in the global climate, as well as their physical characteristics and their biodiversity. All this taking as the basis of the exhibition the impressive images of one of the great nature photographers, Andoni Canela.

Encouraging critical thinking and raising awareness about the effects of climate change in the North Pole and its consequences for the rest of the planet are the objectives of the exhibition “The Arctic breaks”
