Welcome to a journey through the universe of human language! In different ways, language projects our thoughts onto the world around us and is present in everyday activities. Thanks to it, we can express feelings to family and friends or, simply, ask for directions from a stranger on the street.

This is due to a complex organ that has evolved over millions of years: the human brain.

In this exhibition, we will explore the linguistic richness and the origins of some of the more than 7,000 languages spoken in the world. We will unravel the secrets of the evolution of the language-processing brain and trace the main stages of language acquisition from the perspective of neuroscience, biology, and evolution.

Experts in the field or simply those curious about the main organ of the nervous system—come and be part of this journey and “embrace” the Universe, adapting it to our understanding!
