The exhibition has been designed by Ámbito Cero and produced by Expomon. One of the features that have characterized FGC in these forty years of history is the ability to adapt their lines to the great diversity of the Catalan territory. In fact, at this time, the European railway company is more varied in terms of public transport systems. Railways of the Generalitat de Catalunya manage suburban rail lines, such as the Metro del Vallès and the Baix Llobregat subway; Lines of merchandise, such as Súria and the Port of Barcelona; rack railroads, such as the Núria Rack and the Montserrat Rack; funicular lines, such as Vallvidrera, Gelida, San Juan and Santa Cova; and several ski lifts and lifts, such as the ski resorts of La Molina, Vall de Núria, Portainé, Espot and Vallter 2000. It is an exhibition that invites visitors to explore the routes that today form FGC, from its origins and throughout these forty years, without forgetting how they have contributed significantly to the industrial, tourist and economic development of our society.
