The private collections of artists.<\/p>\n<p>This exhibition presents an unprecedented experience: it shows the work of ten artists from the \u201dla Caixa\u201d Foundation&#8217;s Contemporary Art Collection (Rosa Amor\u00f3s, Miquel Barcel\u00f3, Georg Baselitz, Luis Feito, Joan Hern\u00e1ndez Pijuan, Manolo Millares, Joan Mir\u00f3, Susana Solano, Hiroshi Sugimoto and Antoni T\u00e0pies) together with objects from their personal collections. For example, pieces of art from non-European traditions in the case of Mir\u00f3 and T\u00e0pies, or Japanese religious objects in the case of Sugimoto.<\/p>\n<p>Collecting is something innate in us.
